طبقا لأحكام القانون 149 لسنة 2019 ولائحته التنفيذية ؛
وبناءً على مذكرة إدارة الجمعيات والاتحادات – قسم التسجيل والشهر بالمديرية في هذا الشأن ؛
قـــــرر :
أولاً – قيد ملخص النظام الأساسي لمؤسسة الأزهرى للدراسات القرآنية والأعمال الخيرية بإدارة قليوب الاجتماعية بمديرية التضامن الاجتماعي بالقليوبية تحت
رقم (2730) اعتبارًا من 2/1/2023
ثانيًا – يُنشر هذا الملخص بالوقائع المصرية طبقًا لأحكام المادة (10) من القانون رقم 149 لسنة 2019 واللائحة التنفيذية للقانون المشار إليه .

مجالات عمل المؤسسة :
1- الخدمات الثقافية والعلمية والدينية .
2- المساعدات الاجتماعية .
3- الخدمات الصحية .
4- الأنشطة الرياضية .
5- الخدمات التعليمية .
الأنشطة : على أن تعمل المؤسسة على تحقيق أغراضها في الميادين السابقة عن طريق :
1 – تقديم المساعدات المالية والعينية .
2- كفالة الأيتام .
3- تحفيظ قرآن كريم .
4- الحج والعمرة .
5- مركز إجازات .
6- دورات تدريبية (ثقافية – علمية – دينية) .
7- إقامة الدورات والمؤتمرات والمحاضرات .
8- بناء وتعمير المساجد .
9- تكريم المتفوقين والمتميزين من طلاب العلم .
10- إقامة الرحلات (الثقافية والترفيهية والدينية) .
11- فتح فصول محو أمية .
12- إقامة نادى (اجتماعى – ثقافى – علمى) .
13- تيسير زواج الفتيات اليتيمات والفقراء .
14- عمل مسابقات قرآنية .
15- الأنشطة الرياضية .
16- المشاركة فى وصلات المياه ومحطات المياه .
17- المشاركة فى القوافل الطبية .
18- عقد الندوات .
19- إنشاء دور حضانة .
20- إقامة معارض أسر منتجة .
21- إنشاء مجلة باسم المؤسسة أو نشره دورية .
22- إنشاء حضانة .
23- إنشاء مركز طبى .
24- إنشاء دار رعاية للأيتام .
يتم الحصول على الترخيص والموافقات من الجهات المختصة وفقًا لأحكام القانون بالنسبة للأنشطة التي تتطلب ذلك .
مجلس الأمناء مكون من سبعة أعضاء .
يكون تعيين أول مجلس أمناء لمدة أربع سنوات .
حل المؤسسة وأيلولة أموالها : وفقًا للمادة (45) و(46) من أحكام القانون
رقم 149 لسنه 2019 من القانون المشار إليه ولائحته التنفيذية إلى ( صندوق دعم مشروعات الجمعيات والمؤسسات الأهلية) .
