قـرار رقم 470 لسنة 2024
بشأن تعديل قيمة رسم استخراج جواز السفر المقروء آليًا
وزير الداخلية
بعد الاطلاع على القانون رقم 97 لسنة 1959 بشأن جوازات السفر ؛
وعلى القانون رقم 109 لسنة 1971 فى شأن هيئة الشرطة ؛
وعلى قرار وزير الداخلية رقم 63 لسنة 1959 بتنفيذ بعض أحكام القانون
رقم 97 لسنة 1959 فى شأن جوازات السفر ؛
وعلى قرار وزير الداخلية رقم 528 لسنة 2009 بتنفيذ بعض أحكام القانون
رقم 195 لسنة 2008 الصادر بتعديل بعض أحكام القانون رقم 97 لسنة 1959
فى شأن جوازات السفر ؛
وعلى قرار وزير الداخلية رقم 445 لسنة 2023 بشأن تعديل قيمة استخراج جواز السفر المقروء آليًا ؛
قـــــــــرر :
( المادة الأولى )
تُحدد قيمة رسم استخراج جواز السفر المنصوص عليه بالمادة (8) من القانون
رقم 97 لسنة 1959 المشار إليه بمبلغ أربعمائة وخمسين جنيهًا ، وتضاعف هذه القيمة فى حالة طلب استخراج جواز سفر بدل فاقد أو تالف ، وذلك كله بالإضافة إلى الرسوم الأخرى المقررة قانونًا .
( المادة الثانية )
يُلغى قرار وزير الداخلية رقم 445 لسنة 2023 المشار إليه ، كما يلغى كل ما يخالف أحكام هذا القرار .
( المادة الثالثة )
يُنشر هذا القرار فى الوقائع المصرية ، ويعمل به من اليوم التالى لتاريخ نشره .
