بعد الاطلاع على القانون رقم 89 لسنة 1960 فى شأن دخول وإقامة الأجانب بجمهورية مصر العربية والخروج منها وتعديلاته ؛
وعلى مذكرة الإدارة العامة للجوازات والهجرة والجنسية المؤرخة 1/1/2024 بشأن طلب إبعاد عراقى الجنسية خارج البلاد لأسباب تتعلق بالصالح العام ؛
قـــــــــرر :
( المادة الأولى )
يُبعد خارج البلاد لأسباب تتعلق بالصالح العام المدعو/ مجيد حميد عبد عبد
(عراقى الجنسية – مواليد 15/2/1964) .
( المادة الثانية )
على مدير الإدارة العامة للجوازات والهجرة والجنسية تنفيذ ذلك .
( المادة الثالثة )
يُنشر هذا القرار فى الوقائع المصرية .
