بشأن زيادة الحد الأقصى للتمويل الممنوح
من الشركات والجمعيات والمؤسسات الأهلية
لتمويل المشروعات متناهية الصغر
مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية
بعد الاطلاع على القانون رقم 10 لسنة 2009 بتنظيم الرقابة على الأسواق والأدوات المالية غير المصرفية ؛
وعلى القانون رقم 141 لسنة 2014 بتنظيم مزاولة نشاط تمويل المشروعات المتوسطة والصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر ؛
وعلى قانون تنمية المشروعات المتوسطة والصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر الصادر بالقانون رقم 152 لسنة 2020 ؛
وعلى قرار مجلس إدارة الهيئة رقم 98 لسنة 2023 بشأن زيادة الحد الأقصى للتمويل الممنوح من الشركات والجمعيات والمؤسسات الأهلية لتمويل المشروعات متناهية الصغر ؛
وبعد موافقة مجلس إدارة الهيئة بجلسته المنعقدة بتاريخ 10/1/2024 ؛
قــــــرر :
(المادة الأولى)
يُزاد الحد الأقصى للتمويل الممنوح من الشركات والجمعيات والمؤسسات الأهلية المرخص لها بمزاولة نشاط تمويل المشروعات متناهية الصغر بنسبة (10٪) ليصبح مائتى واثنين وأربعين ألف جنيه .
(المادة الثانية)
يُنشر هذا القرار بالوقائع المصرية ، وعلى الموقع الإلكترونى للهيئة ، ويُعمل به من اليوم التالى لتاريخ نشره .
